1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SHAN Auto Pro Supplies website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Professional Use Disclaimer

Many of our products (including ceramic coatings and heavy-cut compounds) are intended for professional use only. SHAN Auto Pro Supplies is not liable for any damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from the improper application or misuse of our products. Users are responsible for reviewing provided SDS sheets.

3. Pricing & Wholesale Terms

All prices are displayed in LKR. Wholesale accounts and "Net-30" billing are subject to application approval and ongoing credit evaluation. We reserve the right to revoke commercial pricing privileges at our discretion.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the chemical nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Hazardous materials cannot be returned via standard post.
